Working iPhone 7 prototype appears

We’ve seen plenty of iPhone 7 leaks and mockups. We even have a iPhone 7 dummy unit in the office that was created to prepare new accessories for the iPhone 7. Now we’re being treated to what are reportedly the first images of a working iPhone 7 prototype.

The photos, published by Nowhereelse.fr, line up with everything we’ve seen previously, so it’s starting to look like we’re locked in on this design for September. There’s no headphone jack, of course, and there appears to be stereo speakers firing from the bottom of the phone. The rest of the design also looks pretty darn familiar when compared to the iPhone 6. This again suggests that Apple isn’t deviating much this year, instead saving the big changes until next year. Oh, and the software looks wonky because it’s a prototype.
