Microsoft's Xbox One will launch with over 20 games


And not to be out done by Sony today




Microsoft is unveiling its list of Xbox One launch titles at Gamescom today, includingBattlefield 4 and Ubisoft's Watch Dogs. There are 23 titles in total so far, but Microsoft leaves it open for more to be confirmed as launch titles in the coming weeks before the November release (no specific date as of yet). The Xbox One launch titles include:



  • Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag (Ubisoft, Ubisoft)
  • Battlefield 4 (DICE, Electronic Arts)
  • Call of Duty: Ghosts (Infinity Ward, Activision)
  • Crimson Dragon (Grounding/Land Ho!, Microsoft Studios)
  • Dead Rising 3 (Capcom Vancouver, Microsoft)
  • FIFA 14 (EA Sports, Electronic Arts)
  • Fighter Within (AMA Ltd., Ubisoft)
  • Forza Motorsport 5 (Turn 10 Studios, Microsoft Studios)
  • Just Dance 2014 (Ubisoft Paris, Ubisoft)
  • Killer Instinct (Double Helix, Microsoft Studios)
  • LEGO Marvel Super Heroes (TT Games, Warner Bros. Interactive)
  • Lococycle (Twisted Pixel, Microsoft Studios)
  • Madden NFL 25 (EA Sports, Electronic Arts)
  • NBA 2K14 (Visual Concepts, 2K Sports)
  • NBA LIVE 14 (EA Sports, Electronic Arts)
  • Need for Speed: Rivals (Ghost Games, Electronic Arts)
  • Peggle 2 (Popcap, Electronic Arts)
  • Powerstar Golf (Zoe Mode, Microsoft Studios)
  • Ryse: Son of Rome (Crytek, Microsoft Studios)
  • Skylanders: Swap Force (Vicarious Visions, Activision)
  • Watch Dogs (Ubisoft Montreal, Ubisoft)
  • Zoo Tycoon (Frontier Developments Ltd., Microsoft Studios)
  • Zumba Fitness: World Party (ZoĆ« Mode, Majesco)

Alongside the launch titles, Microsoft recently released some stats on its Xbox One games line-up. 
38 percent of the titles are exclusive to Xbox One, 37 percent are brand-new IP, and 44 percent will include timed or exclusive content for Xbox One. There are over 50 titles in total planned for the Xbox One so far that are expected to debut over the course of this year and 2014. Microsoft hasn't confirmed exactly when the Xbox One will be made available, but its planned for a release in November.
