There's an app for that: Feeling reckless and a little stupid with your smartphone?

Do it!  Do it!  Do it!  Do it!

Here's the most idiotic and brilliant app ever that gives new meaning to 'high score.'
Feeling reckless? In the mood to tempt fate? Then you might just want to download S.M.T.H (Send Me to Heaven), an Android app that challenges you to throw your phone as high as you can to score points.

Created by Norwegian developer CarrotPop, S.M.T.H uses your phone's accelerometers to measure how high the phone has traveled from your hand. Catching it, of course, is optional. Once measured, your 'high' score will join the scores of fellow idiots on a worldwide leaderboard. It is insane and it is genius.

Understandably banned from the iPhone app store, S.M.T.H is available on Android only with an accompanying disclaimer, but I wouldn't recommend you download it. Unless you really, really want to.
