Apple iPhone 6s just $1 through Best Buy

Dolla Dolla bill ya'll.

Have a buck? Beginning this Friday, Best Buy will sell you a 16GB iPhone 6s (yes, Apple’s latest smartphone) for just $1. The only caveat is that you’ll need to sign up for a two-year contract through either Verizon Wireless or Sprint. If that’s no big deal to you, this is one of the cheapest ways to get what was one of the top phones of the year.

The sale is good for both online and in-store purchases, so pick your poison. As we get closer and closer to Christmas, I’d bet you $1 stores will be very crowded this weekend, so buying online might be your best bet. As part of the deal, Best Buy will also give consumers a $200 gift card for trading in an iPhone 5 or newer model. Best Buy said the $1 sale also applies to the 16GB iPhone 6, though only in Space Gray; buyers can choose any color for the iPhone 6s.

Two-year contracts are quickly going out of style, but if you don’t mind sticking around Verizon or Sprint for the next couple of years, this deal is worth consideration. But hurry, because Best Buy’s offer only lasts until this Sunday.
