New Guardians of the Galaxy Trailer Shows Off More of the Story

Marvel has debuted the second Guardians of the Galaxy trailer, and this time we get to see a bit more of the story.

While the first Guardians of the Galaxy trailer focused on introducing us to the concept of the galactic side of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, this one shows off a bit more of what we can expect from this rag tag bunch. We also finally get to hear the voices of Rocket Raccoon and Groot, as well as our first shadowy views of the villain Ronan the Accuser, and the intergalactic waypoint, Knowwhere.



In short, this trailer shows off a lot of new footage, but also keeps you in the dark to a lot of what is going on. There is next to no sign of Nebula, the famale villain, and zero signs of Thanos that is also rumored to show up in the film. But any way you slice it, this film is still going to do well at the box office.

Guardians of the Galaxy will hit theaters on Aug. 1.
