Star Wars movies officially coming to digital on April 10
All six Star Wars films will be available on your favorite digital platforms beginning on April 10.
Following up on numerous rumors, the release of the Star Wars films to various digital platforms was made official on Monday evening. The films will launch on Friday, April 10 across various digital platforms.
The official announcement included a list of some of the special features included with each film, but it did state that some extras may vary by retailer, so be sure to check out what is on offer before you pick which company you are purchasing through.

Do note that the original trilogy will be the Special Edition edits of the films, so expect the updated special effects and tweaked scenes.
